Show Us Your Rig

As promised - here's the new 'A' rig.

The Mark Bass amp , bought from our very own Rohan , arrived this morning and now it's in the rack along with the korg tuner and AT wireless receiver.

The Ashdown 2x10 compact , freshly ebayed - pairs up with my existing 1x15 compact.

Sounds great in the house - chance to test it all out in anger on Friday in York. At the pub venue where something bad always happens to me!!!

On the half rack blank plate is an old Ashdown name plate , just because it was laying about. I'm thinking of half rack FX or a straight half rack compressor to fill it properly.
All suggestions welcome.

Very Nice, how do you like the GK neos?? I always wanted to try the GK neos, either the 1x12 or 2x12 but have never been able to find any to try.
Hi Russ, I need a new compressor and wondered about buying a half rack unit (Presonus Blue Max) to mount on the right of my rack unit (see above) cos I'm pretty sure it won't reach the fan but are you sure that a half width space is enough not to cause problems?
Definitely. If I recall, there's a very slight overlap, but only of the grate, not the fan itself. I never had any problems with it, even considering getting another AKG and rack-mounting again.

Suggestion; Sell me the wireless and tuner for £50. :)

The faceplate is very small but if I remember right they are quite deep. Looks tiny on top of that 1x15", certainly.

It's still only 14.5 inches deep (and 9 inches wide) - but it does look tiny on the peavey cab (which was designed to take the Peavey MkIII head!)

This may give you some idea of depth.

After mauling down and then back up the M6 all day yesterday, here's my new rig, sounds mighty, but not tried it in a band setting yet

I've not shown my pedalboard as it's in a state of (constant) flux :)
