AttitudeCastle Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 Hey Guys, Any one know why the BA115 and BA115T were discontinued? A fault perhaps just a thought, Adam, Quote
wateroftyne Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 Hmm... there's still a few places have them in stock...? If they have been discontinued.. Having looked at the specs, I can only think it's because they seem to be a relic from the 80s. A solid-state 100w combo that weights 62lbs? Wow... Quote
ashevans09 Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 (edited) Maybe cos no one bought them? If you're interested there is one rumbling around PMT IIRC. EDIT - Oxford PMT that is! Edited October 26, 2009 by ashevans09 Quote

Some on line dealers list it as sold out, could be part of the ongoing LOUD problems, many Mackie products are also MIA. Quote
Beer of the Bass Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 I played through a BA115T in a rehearsal room last night (and used one as the house amp on a gig once), and was a bit underwhelmed by the tone and power. I would understand if they didn't keep them on - there are much better combos out there IMO. Quote
