Nice shiny book + CD (audio - about 1h.12m with lots of exercises etc.). ' In this book 'The Buddha' lays bare his incredible arse-nal [[i]not sure how that got by the proof readers[/i]] of funk techniques in a carefully structured format'. 88 pages of exercises, instructional photos and descriptions etc.
