ped Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 http://www.thomann.de/gb/rockcase_rc20805b.htm I have two of these for sale. Both have had the outer pocket removed so they are smooth each side (you can't see the pocket in the pic above but it looked like this: http://www.thomann.de/gb/rockcase_rc_20905..._soft_light.htm because it made sliding them in/out of the car a pain I can't post them, so how about £25 collected each? I will put pics and details of mine up this evening, maybe tomorrow. Cheers ped
BassJase Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 Bugger, I'd love one of these if it were economically viable to collect it. Have a bump on me though young sir, these are great cases and perfect for the usual weekend gigger.
ped Posted October 30, 2009 Author Posted October 30, 2009 Cheers Jase Here are some pics of these delightful cases: As you can see, this one has a small square cut into the foam at the back of the case, it's only a cm or do deep and doesn't affect the protection of the case one bit. the other doesn't have this. They also have 'Vigier' logos on and white masking tape labelled 'fretted' and 'fretless' - all of which can be removed. Both are almost as new (little dusty) and still have their tags and silica gel, though I can't find the straps for them at the moment (but tbh they aren't much good on yer' back) ped
slaphappygarry Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Consider shipping? I would take one. G
ped Posted November 6, 2009 Author Posted November 6, 2009 I would really prefer to avoid shipping them - my local post office has closed so it means getting into town which is a real ballache in itself, let alone with parcels, so I can queue for a few hours until it closes at 12! Nice to hear from you BTW and sounds like you are doing some impressive work from 'yer email! ped
slaphappygarry Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 Cheers man, Glad you got the mail. Drop me a line when you change your mind re: shipping.
BassJase Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 If you'll ship one then I'd be interested in the other one, go on Ped.....
ped Posted November 7, 2009 Author Posted November 7, 2009 I literally don't have the time to get the packaging and take them to the P.O unfortunately :0( Come and get em folks! I have had a PM from someone who might arrange a courier to collect - if you can get someone to come on a weekday evening then that would work, and again I won't be able to pack them in any way though. Chers ped
ped Posted February 1, 2010 Author Posted February 1, 2010 Still got one of these left (the one with the square indent in it) and I am moving house soon so keen to get rid - yours for £20 collected. See also my listing for a Warwick double gigbag ped
bigjohn Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 When I saw the topic I thought it said 2U. I then thought you were a midget and lived in a mini scaled down house...
BassJase Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 AAAAGGHHHH I want one!!! Just not coming to Oxford for the forseeable future!! Bugger.
molan Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 I might be up for one, if not both! Zap me a Pm on a price for the pair if I zip up to Oxford
mikegatward Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Having seen the entries about postage.....if a package can be measured and weighed, you can book a parcelforce collection online. You just need to pay for it online and print off the labels. I just sent a cab using this service. spot on. If this becomes an option, i'm interested
ped Posted February 9, 2010 Author Posted February 9, 2010 Both now sold, thanks Cheers for the info Mike, I have done this before with other gear but I am unable to confirm or deny when I will be in for a collection so it wasn't really an option unfortunately. Cheers ped
