Ampeg 2x10 which used to be a BA500 combo until the amp section died. The section of the cab which housed the amp has been cut off but the top is still waiting for me to get around to re-tolexing it. It both sounds the way I want and is portable enough for me to actually get it to gigs. Am I done with buying gear now?.... ... i'd never be so presumptuous, but I do feel I have arrived at an unbeatable setup for my current needs as a gigging bass player, involved in several projects and needing to travel on public transport to gigs / rehearsals etc. I feel very content.
