garbev
'Afternoon It's with a very heavy heart I've decided to put my beautiful fretless Pentabuzz up for sale, but having been made redundant and most gigs disappearing in a cloud of Duo's and Karaoke give me no option. Taking a 3K bass to pub gigs is also not an option. The Pentabuzz was bought new from Mansons in 2007 I'm the second owner having bought it from Bow on the forum earlier on in the year. It's in almost mint condition, with one very small mark on the rear of the headstock you can see it in one of the pix. The bass is Vintage Cherry Sunburst over 5A flame maple, Bart p/ups and pre with a mid range cut/boost switch. The fingerboard coating has only very slight superficial marking, I only use coated Elixirs on it. String spacing is 19mm at the bridge. Playability and range of sounds are wonderful, from the trademark Pedulla growl to Jaco, Pino and a huge dubby sound from the neck pickup. The Pedulla case and tools are also included, case is as new. New price for one these with a 5A top is over £3K I'm looking for £1600 as a straight sale or I'll take another fretless 4 or 5 up to around £600 as a part ex, can't be without one. I'm in South Wales but could meet up, I don't want to post, but would be prepared to If distance was a problem. Cheers, Gary.
