Guest Jecklin
Blimey it seems everything I own is posted for sale on here at the moment Next up is my status shark, passive 4 string finished in sunburst (tobacco burst?). There are several dings and a scuff on the neck. Cosmetic rather than structural damage. This bass has been gigged! Reflected in the asking price of £180 would be a phenomenal first bass for a beginner. The sound is very articulate namely due to the pick up located near to the bridge. Great jazz bass, although I used it in a synth rock band. works a treat with fuzz >see below Truly a lovely playing bass (are there any status basses that aren't?) Currently set up with strings tuned in 5ths (low C, G, D, A). Will get normal 4ths on there and get the set up adjusted to match. Comes with status hard case. Or buy with sans amp bass driver pedal for £250 Buyer collects. Cash transaction. Photos on sunday night. Guest Jecklin
Hope these work I took a few photos last night, and then some more this morning, but have been hampered by the poor lighting conditions in London today so the photos are basic. I've shown every ding and scuff. As stated they are all surface damage. The status finishes are generally very tough. EDIT, Ok the slide shows don't work on here. Click the photo to go to them. bass_ferret
Cant believe no one has snapped this up. Ok its not graphite but its still a handmade bass for the kind of money paid for nameless chinese rubbish.
