urb
Hey - apologies for posting 'another' clip - but this was from my gig the other night (Friday) with my Big Fan band - this is my bass solo from a tune I wrote called 'Push' - we had a trumpet player sitting in with us for this one and he and the sax player set up a great horn line under my solo - then I slapped it for good measure... let me know what you think. ped
Sounds good to me - my favourite part is the groove at the end, very funky and has a nice strut to it. Cheers Mike ped
7string
Very cool !! Nice melodic phrasing with some tasteful slapping (now there's two words you don't see together too often !!). Note to self: I really must make the effort to understand jazz more... Full orchestral scores, no problem....jazz trio, uuummm

urb
firefox :S ??? won't let me watch
Hey there - it's just an MP3 - if you have installed Quicktime on your computer it should play fine - but with IE being a bit narky when it comes to Apple-orientated software, this site tends to work better with Firefox - if you sign up to the site you can download it for free... Hope that helps - it's a fun solo. Cheers Mike
