kjm
Godin Guitars Freeway Classic £350 delivered The Godin Freeway Classic is another extremely well made solid body electric guitar in the Performance Series that is sonically versatile, easy to play and stunning to look at The foundation of the sound of the Freeway Classic is the Silver Leaf body core (with poplar wings to lighten the overall weight) and the precision fit, extra deep neck pocket. Godin takes more care fitting their necks and meticulously machining their neck pockets than any other manufacturer I have ever come in contact with. Add to this a humbucker/single/humbucker pickup configuration with a clever double-pole 5-way selector switch and you have just about any electric guitar tone known to man! Specifications * 1 21/32" wide nut * Indian rosewood fingerboard * 25 1/2" scale length * double action truss rod adjusts at peghead * 22 medium jumbo frets * extra deep neck pocket is precision fit & free of glue or lacquer * Silver Leaf maple body with poplar wings * Hum/single/hum pickup configuration * 5-way pickup selector * master volume and tone * fulcrum style tremolo bridge * highly polished lacquer body finish * with gig bag Edited November 24, 2009 by kjm
