Gas lighting Abbie - Steely Dan

Well before coming on here I thought that blood sugar sex magic was recorded on a stingray but found on here it was actually recorded on a Wal so I got to thinking I've always wondered what the hell bass was used on gas lighting abbie, as I absolutely love the sound. Thought I may as well ask on here lol.

Ignore me just watched live version on youtube and its a 5 string stingray, never would of guessed DOH!

I know that Tom Barney played on that track and he normally uses a
custom ESP bass,and a Stingray,as on the Two against Nature DVD.
According to the interview in Bass Player(October 2000) its his
ESP five string on 'Gaslighting Abbie'.
