MEC active PUPs for Precision SOLD

I bought this on ebay recently intending to fit it to my fretless Precision but, having taken off the pickguard I've found the body has no route from PUP to controls (it's an 80's Jap), meaning there's no space for the battery

Although I could tweak the control cavity to fit (if I took about 3mm off the sides the battery would lie flat under the pots) I think that I will forget the idea and move this on. They sell for around £130 new and although this has been used it's in perfect working condition. All electrics are included so this can be literally dropped in to your bass.

PS the Special Delivery is because there seem to be a lot of packages not arriving at present, I guess as the result of the recent strike, and my local posty - who's a damn good bloke - has said that if you want to make sure it gets there, use SD!
