We only arranged it about 3 hours before it happened, but it was one of the smoothest transactions I've had. Lovely fella, and we ended up blathering for over an hour about basses, amps, effects, computer programming... and he let me fondle his Rickenbacker, which was one of the most beautifully constructed instruments I've seen.
