smashie Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 (edited) It has flashing lights so I want it, wonder if they do one in chrome? Gotta love flashy kit M Edited November 16, 2009 by smashie Quote
Dood Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 I reckon it's a useful piece of kit - just a shame that so many stupid people post comments on You Tube. Quote
neepheid Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 I guess users of 18V (or more) gear will have to remove and test each battery individually? Quote
RhysP Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 Why not just buy a multimeter? You can use them for 1000s of other things as well as testing batteries & a good basic one can be bought for less than a tenner. Quote

Doddy Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 What's wrong with just licking the battery? Quote

They just want to know how much *ehem* 'power' is left in their battery. A meter showing them a percentage and time left will be more meaningful to them. Yep, I have a maplin one that I grabbed for a 5er that I chuck in my guitar box - and leave my expensive unit at home! I see the point over the 18v thing - I wonder if the unit can handle that? Quote
