Going on from Bassatnights post showing his luvverly collection of bassage, I feel the good old settee is the best catwalk for our instruments.

I cant compete with his Sadowskys etc, but here goes:

I'll add a couple of pics of a Spector NS5XL reclining on a cream leather one. Mind you I sold it last month - the bass that is, they'll have to prise the settee from my cold dead hand :)

Luckily the colour of the settee doesn't clash with basses.

No, a cushion is the Gramma Pad for sofas!

And as mentioned, a cat or three (yes) will get the sofa looking relic'd in in no time at all....Mines a modified Ikea sofa (I'm not looking up the name - no way!).

Technically a futon though...
circa 1973 (was my dads when he was at Uni)
Modded with an elephant-print throw and covered again with Misfits fleece blanket.
Has internal storage compartment under cushion which is handy for straps, picks, tuners, tools, cushions, sleeping bags, linen and all the usual bits (couch candy)
:)
