Black and maple my favourite combo on a p bass.

I've always liked that bass, I know it's only a cheapie but it's always looked, 'right', and as I mentioned it was stupidly cheap down to a tiny rub, now almost polished out, where someone had been careless putting it back on it's hanger and they'd had it there for ages. Results for me.

(Edit)forgot to mention sofa is a 2009 black leather model from dame hannah rogers charity shop, mods are i have raised it on some bricks to make seated playing more comfortable for me.

4 left hand basses and 2 right hand basses.  That's novel. You ambidextrous ?

I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous

So it's a reverse, reverse Thunderbird, then, rather than a non-reverse?

I know it's confusing🤯

I’d like to think my current lineup is going to stay unchanged for a good while, so here it is.

I reckon you should buy a Precision. You'd be amazed how versatile they are. 😉👍

Had a quick recording session last week and the CV Mustang was on the couch. I apologize in advance for the electric sitar and the archtop!

The mustang looks great 👍

Thank you. I don’t know if I just got a good one or something, but for a cheapie short scale I really like it. Would love a JMJ in black but for the £’s this more than does the job 👍

Finally had the full dozen basses at home again so had them recline on the orange sofa again. Had to use the wide angle lens on my iPhone so it's not the prettiest photo ever. But still.

I'm trying to justify a five string in a punk band.  Tuned down to A, to boot.

Just put the bass down.  Thought it looked splendid.
