xgsjx
Brilliant idea, but could be a bummer when it needs a refret!
Metalmoore
Thats insane. Anyone know the make?
JakeBrownBass
A cool idea but i'm guessing for the price they charge it'll be kinda pointless. Also that was some of the worst fretless playing i've heard =/
chardbass
It's a crazy bass- this gets posted on here a couple of times a year.

Count Bassy
I like the idea - and the sound. What's $5000 in pounds these days? Too much for me I suspect.
BigRedX
As I said last time someone posted a link to this bass, it works the wrong way for the fretless conversion - the fingerboard should rise up, not the frets drop down - and leaves you with much too high a fretless action. It's a nice idea, but the implementation isn't right yet.

Incidentally, I can understand why he trades as "Mikey Guitars". Imagine having to spell repeatedly the name CHTCHETININE. Poor sod.
Doddy
Steinberger tried to do it around 20 years ago. http://www.steinbergerworld.com/special/xm2fl.htm
