Hi People,

Just joined the world of Bass Chat.

I am 33 and based in Fareham (between Southampton & Portsmouth) Hampshire.

I am currently playing in a local 4 piece band. Really into my music and a bit of a tech head. I have a small recording setup in my home where I practice, record and try out new ideas.

Current kit:

Ernieball MM (Stingray) in Natural wood
Fender Jazz
Full Hartke rig (4x10TP & 1x15TP running into a HA3500 head)
Various floor effects (Looking for a GT-6B if anyone knows of one?)

I also own various other guitars and odd instruments.

Anyway, thought I would say hi....

Peace
Toby

That's a nice rig you got there.[/quote]

Cheers Terry,

Yeah it sounds bloody lovely if I do say so myself :) Something about those Hartke transporter cabs. The original American ones with the proper yankie alu cones really sound tight.

They changed them about 4 years ago for a Jap made alu cone and they are no where near the same quality.

Sometimes people sacrifice audio quality for cost !!! They should be shot at dawn

Welcome :-)
