Toasted
Just about to set off for town for an audition for a new band. It's been about 18 months since I've done one so feeling slightly nervous. In Sadowsky I trust!

AndyTravis
Well, you know your own ability, and with a 'dowsky around your neck, you'll be fine. Keep cool, and don't be a tryhard. Trav
xilddx
Yeah, best of luck mate. Nothing to be nervous about, remember you're auditioning them too.
waynepunkdude
Always take a cheap bass to an audition just in case you need to use it as a weapon Good luck buddy.
Linus27
Good luck and don't forget to let us know how it goes.
Stingray5
For luck, actors/thespians will say 'break a leg' before an audition or performance as it's considered bad luck to say 'good luck'. What could we say then, to bass players? Given we don't have the same superstitions, I'm not sure that 'break a string' is appropriate... Whatever it would be, hope the audition goes well. Toasted
I like rumble a bum! You'd have to be careful what company you shared that in. Anyway, I've been asked to join - a sucessful night all around. We'll have to see how it goes.

Toasted
It's an originals band, I was sent 5 tracks to learn. We have to tighten those up, then there's 3 more "in progress" so once those are worked out and tightened up that'll be enough for a 30 minute opening set somewhere in town

Stingray5
Good for you, mate, and well done! Nothing like an 'originals' band to get the creative juices flowing...
