They're out there.

I got mine from Lidl.

You don't need a bungey chord (like my guitarist plays), or even a bungee cord (like you use as a strap). Just tilt the sack trolley to the appropriate angle.

Cheap bungee cord you can get from Wilkinsons if there's one nearby. You can get good trolleys from Homebase and Maplin but they're cheaper on eBay - search for folding sack barrow:

I bought one of these a few weeks back - seemed a lot sturdier than the one above:

Works just fine for Trace Elliot head and cab - a bit ricketty over rough ground so I also use a bungy cord...

Good thing about the smaller ones is that the wheels automatically fold inwards when folding the platform up which is handy for stashing it away! They're strong enough for your average cab, although I would certainly go for something beefier if transporting an Ampeg fridge or something!
