I'm just thinking if we go off the old 3db rule then I doubt there is much you can do with 8 KT88's that you can't do with 4 but I'd like to be proven wrong. I had a Trace V6 and the GT200 was louder than it. But will be interesting to see when these are actually out. I suspect very few shops will be carrying 2k all tube bass amps for us to try. Quote
