Ampeg BA210SP - Thoughts please

Hi everyone.

I've been offered an Ampeg BA210SP in trade for some gear I have and wanted to get some opinions if I may please.

It's a 4 ohm amp driving a 4 ohm cab, so it's a one box does all solution. However, I'm wondering if the 220 watt output will be enough? I'm going to be using it in a rock band that I'm just getting going with, typical rhythm guitar, lead guitar, drums, bass line up. But I'd like have something fairly powerful behind me.

Now it's compact size as a one box solution is very appealing, but I'm not sure whether it'll have enough balls about it. I'm not too bothered about the effects and what not, they'll be interesting to play with I'm sure.

What do you guys think?

And what would you value one at in excellent condition with a custom built flight case (new price was £200)?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
