Took some photo's of my new-ish Squier Classic Vibe Jazz....
Bought from the old Sound Control(now PMT) in Salford.
They matched the lowest internet price I could find from GAK.
PMT had it priced at £299, GAK was £249 - just take a print out from the web page.
I've already used it for a couple of gigs - sounds and plays great...couldn't be happier with it.
Lets start with some head -

Very high gloss finish with an aged yellow tint. The 'Squier' logo is in gold sparkle.

Crafted in china.....not made, but Crafted!

I use a levy's 2" leather strap....very comfortable.

Perfectly set up when I bought it...no buzzes or dead spots.

Solid chuncky bridge - tons of sustain!
I would heartly recommend one of these guitars!

They're seriously good aren't they! They look and sound better than anything else in this price bracket IMO (and better than a lot of basses costing twice as much).

I really really like mine, the build quality and finish is second to none!
But I'm sorry, doesn't sound as good (to me anyway) as my US Jazz :)

what is basswood? is there a 'basswood' tree? or is it a fancy name for chipboard?
