Strap for NS EUB?

As the title says, I'd be interested of any news, views etc about either of [url="http://www.nedsteinberger.com/instruments/systems.php"]these[/url] straps for an NS upright?

Am thinking about cutting loose from my stand to bop along a bit more and don't fancy a pin - equally any thoughts from any one who's seen one in use, would I look like a muppet?!?

Apologies for my use of "bop" too, I must be getting old!

Not tried it, but have seen Tony Levin use one ( as per the pic on that site) with Peter Gabriel and is looked unusual but overly muppety

I haven't tried one with my CR5M, mainly because I don't need to as I already look like fozzie bear.

The Boomerang system below that strap looks interesting: it looks just like something quite familiar, but I can't quite put my finger on it.....

i have one
dont think i have ever had it set up quite right yet but..,.
i can feel the freedom that it gives you already (especially wireless)
i need to spend more time withy my NS CRT4

I had a lot of fun with my steinberger strap, it definitely makes you look a bit of a plonker if you use it in a hardcore band.... like a Fieldy on steroids. Plenty of scope for comic extreme-metal horizontal EUB playing.
