Machines
They're not bad, what are you looking for in a bass ? We may be able to give some other options to you.
Baseballfan1456
I'm not really looking for a whole lot, I just wanted to find a relatively cheap 5-string for me to get... Btw, is that bass that you have as your picture a Stingray?
Machines
Yes it is.. Other cheap 5 strings to consider: Yamaha BB415 / BB615. Ibanez SRX Series (www.ibanez.com)
Dread Bass
I have schecter studioo 6 n i love that it sounds great. there are a lot of basses that are in your price range make sure you try a few out, you should have a decent selection to choose from
SMART
Yams are generally consistent in the quality stakes versus the spondolies. I think they a good buy.... Just a thought! Ciao Ian
OutToPlayJazz
Looks a nice enough bass for the money... I'd go for the "Walnut gloss" colour, personally. Is this coming from Sound Control? I'd second the vote for the Yamaha BB615. Loadsa bass for the money. Otherwise a Fender Standard Jazz V in midnight wine. Lovely sounding and great to play instrument. Baseballfan1456
Thanks a lot for the advice guys, but I think i'll stick with the Schecter... I'm not getting this right away though, maybe a few months after I break in my P-Bass some more
LethalLion
I play a Schecter Stiletto Extreme-4, and I love it. -Dan
Guest MoJo
I had the 5 string. Lovely sounding guitar. String spacing a bit too narrow for me to get on with. Here's mine
