Born 2B Mild
Jon has taken this very first snap and said "Its painted up in the white, a couple more coats then it can be flatted and polished."

I'm a big fan of slab bodies. Spec'd that on both the Shukers I ordered. Love the all white idea too! It's gonna be a peach of a bass... OldGit
Oh I'm a bit late to this one. Welcome to the Shuker P5 owner's club ... Your spec is so different to mine Edited March 5, 2010 by OldGit
Born 2B Mild
I shall be paying the Master a visit next week. At last, I'll (hopefully) be able to have more photo's of its progress on this thread!!!
obbm
Somehow I also missed this one. It's looking good. I became a member of the Shuker P5 club a few months ago when I acquired "Alice", the PJ5 that OHM had made. In fact I'm playing it right now and wondering what it would be like with flats. Born 2B Mild
Yay, I got to see it today, and here's some of my snaps! I asked Jon what sort of white it is, and the answer he gave was "just white". The top image of these three shows the white as it looks like in reality ...very bright white and very shiney. NB: There's still a protective layer of film on the scratchplate.
obbm
That is very nice.

Born 2B Mild
Still waiting. The delay is down to the EMG pup ...maybe because it's white and also 5-string, so not too common!

My Shuker P5 was delayed by a few months waiting for the pickup to be made .. Worth it though
