Thornybank
Before I *** up and overspend on a fancy... ...any idea the model of this Roadstar ll series Ibanez jazz? it's the one on the left o'course... Any comments on this model? Any obvious bits missing (eg should it have a scratchplate?) I have been casting around old catalogues and google images to no avail. Thanks for your help!

Bassassin
I know exactly what it is. It's the one on Edinburgh Glumtree that the geezer wants £150 for. Not a bad price, if you can knock him down to £120 or so, that's bordering on a steal. Here's a blurb avec some specs: http://www.ibanez.co.jp/anniversary/130/8.jpg Jon. Thornybank
Sweet. Thanks for the info. 'Tis the Gummo offer. Kind of thing to enjoy, then pass on and pull £20.
Lfalex v1.1
The Bassassin never fails to amaze me! A true fountain of (Oriental) knowledge. A credit to bass players, and this site.
