tayste_2000
Well not sure, it's all ordered just hoping to do a rebuild thread as none of it is new but it's all pretty rare. One thing I should be getting depending how money goes over the next few weeks is a 1x18 Low pass on the input and high pass on the link out so turns my 4x10 into a full range stack with everything below 250hz going to the 1x18 and everything above to the 4x10. Really changes the characteristic of the 4x10 taking away it's need to hammer out those low lows As a hint I'm getting another 2 amps

Looking forward to seeing your rig though, it might force my hand on a certain 1x18 if I haven't been beaten to it

Wooks79
Well, had a top little day out at Matamp today, a mate of mine had a play of one of a GT1 guitar amp whilst Andrew finished off my head. He loved it, and now he hates me for taking him cos he is skint. I had a pot put in for the drive instead of the 4 stage selector like Ste has had on his. The drive you can get out of this thing is fantastic! The day turned out far more expensive than originally planned, as they had found some more of the same green tolex taht was used on my head, so of course after a bit of umming and ahhing and chatting to Jeff, I went and pulled the trigger on a matching 6x10, possibly to be picked up tomorrow Just don't tell my wife!! So that means I'm now about to try and flog everything, so my Ampeg 6x10 is now going up for sale too! Possibly my Orange Terror Bass 500 too... SO without further ado, ladies and gents, my new Matamp GT200 - ...The birds are tattoos that I have on my forearms. I love this amp. thodrik
I don't get it. She said that she liked the green colour, but still thinks that my Trace Elliot stuff is still ugly! (well, it is in comparison) I was thinking that when the times comes that I can afford one, I could order an 8x10 that incorporates a foldable shoe rack on one of its sides, so when its at home it can stacked on its side and act as a nice funcitonal bit of furniture. We'll have to get our amps together in a few months for a Christmas card picture [/quote] Yeah, done some recording and had a few practices, sounds lovely, over the moon with it, but its too tempting to turn it up louder than needed Together our amps would look mighty festive! lol Ordered a flightcase for the head, and a roqsolid cover for the cab today. I've been sorely tempted to ring up and see if they will make me a matching horizontal 2x10, for home and for slapping on top of the 6x10 when I wanna go overboard... must resist!
