xilddx Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 (edited) Late last night I ordered a pearl white Jazz pickguard from [url="http://www.wdmusic.co.uk"]http://www.wdmusic.co.uk[/url] I received a very nice email from Ben this morning profusely apologising that it was not in stock and the website was in error showing it as in stock. I was offered an immediate refund rather than wait four weeks, or I could replace it with a nicer aged version which is what I did. Ben is rushing it out to me and I should get it tomorrow. He sent me a large image of it too, to show me the difference. Given the bad experience I had with a PG from another shop in Bristol recently, the customer service from WD has been totally refreshing, this is what will keep me coming back.
