sorry to sound really stupid but would it be able to power my Digitech BP80 and Behringer stompbox?

If they are both 9 or 18V DC units, then yes!

For 18v leads if you can't find any you can just use those ones that come with a £20 Maplin brick just incase you mhave one lying around but I'm pretty sure Higgie should have 2 of those already
