Or he knows what he's got and he's priced it as a refinish, which a grand is about right IF everything else is original (point about the nut noted). He hasn't even emailed me back though, I asked for neck pocket photos (for refinish clues), neck stamp photos, and serial number/neck plate photos. warwickhunt Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 Should the pup lugs be showing from underneath the bridge cover on a 70's Jazz (assuming it is fitted correctly and it looks pretty far back)... I'm no expert (and I'm always up for some education) but shouldn't the whole rear pup be under the cover; coincidentally, when did the rear pup get moved back even further in the 70's? Just asking!
