Brave Sir Robin Posted January 25, 2008 Author Posted January 25, 2008
The grain of that walnut is going to come out really well
yep. I've gone for oil finish. It should come out quite well. Quote
Brave Sir Robin Posted April 17, 2008 Author Posted April 17, 2008 Another tough decision. It's that sort of choices that you know will turn out good no matter what, but anyway I have two choices for the neck pickup. These are apparently the same pickups but with different housing. I kinda like the slimline look. A humbucker in a single coil housing, that's pretty cool! Quote
eude Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008
the first one. just because it's different
I second that. Plus if it's going to provide the same sound, the smaller casing will give you a bit more room for slapping etc. Cheers, Eude Quote
Brave Sir Robin Posted April 29, 2008 Author Posted April 29, 2008 neck getting glued. Hmmm nice fretboard.... Quote
