Crikey!
This is the first release from Ska Mutiny Records. It features the first new release by my band (Tyrannosaurus Alan) + 3 of the bands we toured with this summer. It also features tracks by other forum members. Can't remember exactly who but give us a shout if you're in The Hostiles... or any of the other bands on this comp. It's a really good listen. Genuinely, ive never bought anything this good and its completely free to download. Plus theres some amazing bass playing on it. www.skamutinyrecords.com FREE DOWNLOAD Just click and go. arsenic
Grabbed this a day or two ago, and gave it a couple of runs through - Honest opinion????/ The two best tracks on the whole thing are......... 1. Tunnels - Tyrannosaurus Alan and 2. Hallux Valgus - Harijan. A majority of the other stuff assults these aging ears just a little too much. Now, I have only been known to dip my toe into the traditional Ska scene and have come accross one or two Ska/Punk bands that I have enjoyed on a night out (unknown/support for unknown bands) - so my opinion may not count for much.....but if you guys keep going the way you are - then I am sure that you will get your reward. Keep it up Edited for my atros....actroc......sod it - BAD spelling Edited December 23, 2009 by arsenic

Crikey!
nice one gents, thanks a lot. I love The Hostiles track. had it on repeat for ages when i first downloaded it. FingeringAm - let us know what you think of the rest of it! Oh and if anyones interested, which im sure some of you might be... The bass on Tunnels was recorded through an Ampeg SVT-2 in to an Ashdown ABM810 cab. Using my G&L Tribute L2000.
fingeringAm
Been on repeat all day Sounds great through my car stereo, well mixed as well, the horns cut through nicely. My one gripe would be that its insanely loud Don't get me wrong I LOVE crankin my stereo to 11 and pissing off the car next me but when I have my ipod on shuffle and one of these tracks come on I nearly blow my subs I look forward to the next cut, if you ever tour in the US you gotta come to OC and the East Bay Edited January 1, 2010 by fingeringAm
