Personally I think that he totally deserves one: he can play, he's in a really great and popular band and lets be honest if someone offered you a sig model would you turn it down - I wouldnt, not in a heartbeat. I've just bought one ('cause it was a great price on eb@y) and i've heard they are cracking so I really cant wait!
waynepunkdude
Anyway, can anyone recomend a Jazz in those colours?
thinman
Wayne - I love the look of that CV Jazz but the white is the only colour they do it in according to the Squier website. I've just ordered the CV 60's P after a lot of agonising over that or the Jazz.
bh2
heh... they're both bloody good but that sonic blue does it for me.
Tait
you did a great job of refinishing that orange precision and that yellow squier...

The only one I can find is this, if only I had the cash.

gjones
I have a Classic player 60's Stratocaster in sonic blue. Weirdly it looks white in artificial light. So if you bought a jazz bass in sonic blue on stage it would actually look white.......just like the Squier CV Jazz. By the way here's a vid of John Paul Jones playing your dream bass http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xW84u4DOzE
Dandelion
Are they better than a MIM fender jazz?

Better bridge, better pickups, nicer finish, and fantastic necks. IMO, of course!
