The Marlin
I have a Yamaha RBX 774 I'm not using (I play the RBX 775 more). Would you be interested in a swap for that? Why do you want to swap it? I haven't seen one without a scatchplate before. Unusual. Cheers Mr Marlin

The Marlin
Cheers. I think it was about £450 new. Here's what people on Harmony Central think of it: http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews...ha/RBX-774/10/1 Happy to 'negotiate' if you fancy it.... I'm in a punk band at present so this looks like it would suit that style, however, the reviews were very mixed particularly with a view to reliability and my bass is going to take some hammer soon. Also i use a pedal board with some fuzz O/D chorus etc so that would render the active electronics null and void, I have had active bases (notably a Warwick Corvette STD which I loved) but really do prefer passive basses owing to my set up. So it's a thanks but no thanks I'm afraid ;-/
The Marlin
No worries. I'd already guessed you wouldn't go for it. For your info, it's black. Sure you're not interested in just selling it? I quite fancy it. Cheers Mr Marlin

Couldn't be without one, it's quite purdy is it not? Cheers Gary
