redzombie
Always used to really enjoy coving Nirvana's "Milk It" with my old band if we'd run out of songs. "Down" by Stone Temple Pilots is another good one.

They don't seem to get the respect I'd say they deserve. And if I had to choose one band in the world to play bass with... it'd be them. With the current two-drummer line-up (Dale Crover and Coady Willis), that'd be awesome. Of course, I'd have to kill Jared Warren to do that.

Hell, it might even be worth the prison time if you got arrested for it I managed to catch my first Melvins gig at ATP last month. Now, I knew they'd be good, I've heard many good things about their live performances, but only one band (Sonic Youth in '00) has left me quite so lost for words as I was after their 45 minute or so freight train-like onslaught. As you might imagine, I'm really f***ing looking forward to seeing them headline a show. Fingers crossed they make it back over this year
