2x18 Posted January 2, 2010 Share Posted January 2, 2010 (edited) My 9 year old Jazz bass -- its a MIM and is in good condition for age with minor superficial marks from gigging It plays Looks and sounds great!--- The white has faded to a nice vintage creamy colour, the body and pickups have been fully copper shielded, and the pots have been changed to C.T.S. with a Switchcraft Jack and a Military grade Paper in oil capacitor. The block markers are Highly effective but easily removable high grade stick ons. Recently set up and fitted with new D'Adarrio EXL 160s ( 50 - 105 ) It weighs 9lb 5oz --- Nice medium action and everything works as it should do. Comes with old but servicable case shown in photos. C[/quote] Yes I Had it set up with a medium action ( in other words as recommended by Fender ---- 2.4mm at 17th fret ) I live very close to Junction 46 of M1 North in LS15 Will.
