Clarky
A fair while back someone linked to the website of a European manufacturer (I thought it was Swiss?) of relic'd pickguards for old Fender Jazzes. I can't find this post or a link so does anyone know the company I am referring to? Reason I ask is to do with my search for a 70s Jazz as I have seen a couple of basses advertised with newish repro guards that spoil the authentic look - and an aged tort guard would look better (a real vintage 70s tort pickguard is just too pricey at £370+ on eBay). Thx in advance
wateroftyne
Hmm... I've never heard of a make in the EU - I'm intrigued! The best repros I've seen are from Pickguardian, but they're more 60s than 70s.

Both WD and Simms are on the same trading est... but Simms can do a custom cut so might have a choice of more blanks.
