hi all,

i just wanted to know if one of you know which speaker is used in the Ampeg 8x10e ?

i think the band is eminence, but i ve no clue about which model.

the power is 800 watts at 4 ohms so, it might be 8x100 watts @ 16 ohms (am i guessing right ?)

the other thing, if someone allready openned one: is the insided damped ? if yes: how much ?

many thanks in advance :)

someone suggested this one from thomann which seems way much closer to the specs i m looking for (32 ohms/100 watts)

what do you think ?

You also get the odd 32ohm used Trace Elliot 10" turning up on Ebay.
You could get a friend with a multi meter to measure the resistance across the terminals of the speaker if it does not say on it.
