New electronics?

Anybody know how much it would cost to replace the whole electronics of a passive jazz bass, excluding the price of the pickups.

3 pots at £3.50 each, jack socket at £3.50, couple of caps at 50p max, a few bits of wire. A little more than a tenner, but not much.
Half an hour with a soldering iron.
