Ray
Hey! Check these guys out. They're called Fast Three. No bassist as such. Phil Wilkinson, the Hammond player plays left hand/pedal bass on the organ. He's an incredibly talented player (he's pretty handy on bass guitar too). His brother Dave on guitar and Caspar St. Charles on drums. Enjoy: EDIT > the video doesn't seem to want to be embedded so here a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZnjf4-jlJA Edited January 14, 2010 by Ray
imaccer
They've played here twice, Dec 2007 and Dec 2008, 'supporting' Brian Jackson. Nice guys and excellent musicians - if you get the chance go and see them. leschirons
Great link, I loved it. There's a band here called the 3 little pigs with the same line up. They even do Jaco numbers, complete with all the solos. Anyway, thanks for that.

That video was taken at the Saint Paul Soul Jazz festival in France (my band played the following night). It was the first time I saw them live and they blew everyone away. They have me in stitches offstage too, Dave and Phil together are so funny. Have you seen Dave's other band Phat Fred? Highly amusing...
