RPG guitars?

Recently while browsing my local music store I have noticed a few basses with the name "RPG" printed on the headstock. However, I have been unable to find any more information about the company. Anyone here ever heard of any "RPG" basses or guitars?

Red Planet Guitars - shop's own brand? Staffordshire?

There are a lot of manufacturers that will do very short runs of branded guitars, all usually very generic. This lot seem to be lefty specialists.

I was thinking that "RPG" was a pretty unfortunate name, as it usually means, "Rocket Propelled Grenade"!

did the bass look like a 5th grade Ranger or a Elf with a power card of fire???

I got one of these off ebay really cheap with a couple of paint blemishes which you couldnt really see as it is black. The pickups were awfull and the neck had to be shimmed but once I sorted this out it became the bass that I play the most.
