timmchale2009 Posted January 17, 2010 Share Posted January 17, 2010 (edited) Hi Guys I've decided after a long and careful decision that I'm definitely more of a 6 string player than a 12 string and with a heavy heart I've decided to part company with my beautiful Takamine 12 string I bought this from new in Dawsons in Chester around 15 months ago and i've literally played it on a handful of occasions in that time period and as such It's in immaculate condition, no scuffs, no dings and a few plectrum marks on the pick guard. It looks stunning and the flaming on the back of the body is stunning. It's the most glorious sounding 12 string i've ever heard, really bright and yet warm. very easy to play i've had it professionally set up and the nut replaced by a luthier at a cost of nearly £100 3 months ago and it's now quite simply one of the best 12 strings you'll ever play.
