Anyone remember this track from the early eighties?

Killer bass line from a guy called Peter Maas. Totally unique tone he achieves on it as well.

It's a good ring tone though!

It's a funny tone he gets...it almost sounds like he's slapping a fretless or soemthing. What happens to all these guys?

I seem to remember that Freeze are part of a brit funk reunion gig at the Jazz Cafe, Camden in December.

They focused on the bloody bongo player when the bass solo came

I think he came from the Andy McKluskey school of bass playing.......just sit still FFS
