Hutchins Semi-acoustic basses

I'd be very interested to hear from anyone with any experience of either of the above models of semi acoustic bass from Hutchins. I think they're both fantastic looking instruments, and they're in my price range - but haven't managed to get my hands on one yet so no idea what they actually sound/play like! Any advice welcome...

I emailed them yesterday & was impressed they replied today. I like the look of the Memphis one although that headstock is a bit too [i]rock[/i] for my tastes. Never seen one in real life though

Obviously made in Asia for that price. I like the look of the Prince II though; I'd be quite happy playing Faces covers all day on that.

I tried the Prince II in the Gas factory in Liverpool as I also thought it looked fantastic but was a bit disappointed really (although they did not have a proper amp to play through which could have been a factor)!
