steve-soar
Howddy. What kind of bridge has it got? Is it the Gibson style "3 point" or what?
steve-soar
If it's a vintage style Tbird, you can use a large bladed screwdriver to lower the whole of the bridge via the 3 big screws that it is suspended on, slacken off your strings first and try half a turn at a time. You need to turn the screws so they go into the body.
retroman
Might also need a truss rod tweak, if there is too much forward relief in the neck. The latest Bass Guitar Magazine has a pretty good "How To" guide. If in any doubt, seek the advice of a local, reputable shop that does repairs.
