BigBeatNut
Is this really worth the BIN price of £1600+ ? It's a sort of trans-red, which I gather is quite rare for the time period. Can't be seen well in his pics but I'll post mine if there's any interest. Problem is, if this sells, the bloke who's after a late 70's trans red is no longer in the market for one, soif you want to sell yours, put in on ebay now a couple of hundred cheaper than his! Cat Burrito
I own a 1978 bass and that's absolute top dollar price for a musuem piece that's 100% all original. It looks ok but I think it's over priced. There are a few fairly large scuffs, non original case etc. I'd like to see pics inside, a bit more of it's history (I know he's had it 15yrs) etc. Mine came with the original receipt, paperwork, original strings etc and I paid less than that - only last month. BigBeatNut
Thanks guys. You've pretty much confirmed what I thought. Not really thinking of selling mine, but if I knew it was worth £1800-odd I might change my mind
