molan
This is actually a rather nice Alembic but it's been advertised previously at the same price and not had a single bid on it. The seller's latest tactic is to use the following as his complete description: "AMEMBIC BASS FOR SALE 5STRING, IN AS NEW CONDITION, THIS IS THE LAST TIME I ADVERTISE"
Delberthot
I've done that in the past if there's something I'm selling and I want to give all the watchers a kick up the @r$e to actually bid instead of watching and doing nothing or stop watching if they've no intension of bidding. I did it with my trace V-type combo cos if it hadn't sold for the second time, I was going to take the amp out and making a sleeve for it to use with my 8x10" I did it with my 2-tone sunburst '51 reissue precision as I really didn;t want to sell it so I thought that if I was going to sell it then I'll sell it with a silly BIN price and added that I would keep it if it didn;t sell - sold within 6 hours.
