Bridge cover over a newer high mass bridge???

Anyone tried putting a bridge cover over a newer high mass Fender/Squier bridge?

Does it fit?

I should add that I suspect it doesn't fit due to high mass bridge being higher and longer than the BBOT.

personally i would keep the high mass etc and stop looking in the mirror at your bass

I've put both older style (single coil type) and newer type (split pickup style) bridge covers over Gotoh 201s with no problems
