Includes two basses if you don't mind buying twenty six strings at the same time.

It does take all types to make up ebay's sellers community, doesn't it.

Edit:

Words fail me ....
He relisted for just under £500 BIN. Gone already obviously, someone can put a bit of effort in and make that back too easily. Dammit.

Perhaps he was concerned that without a BIN, he wouldn't actually be able to sell them all for as much less than they're worth as he wanted to.

That's £22.72 per guitar. So, pretty much £22 for 22 guitars. Maybe he's into numerology.

Now we can have fun watching out for them reappearing on ebay. And tracking how much they all sold for.

Someone will have privately offered him a monkey for the lot so he pulled it and re-listed it with a BIN for him.
There was a Gibson SG amongst it wasn't there? Could have been worth the BIN on it''s own.
Not a Gibson - random JapCrap with a sticker. Probably £150's worth, all the same. Also 3 decent MIJ LP copies, the Jedson (early Matsumoku build) and Columbus LP Standard are very nice & probably around the £200 mark with a good sales pitch.

Looking at the whole lot - that's easily £1500 worth of firewood there, and that's a very, very conservative estimate.

Looks quite different to the usual Musicians, really light as well!
Ibby Bean Bass - think that's my favourite Musician variant. :)

Sadly it is the same one - a pity the seller chose to [s]flip it[/s] sell it on Ebay rather than here.

Lovely bass, I've always fancied trying a p/p arrangement.

Going pretty cheap on gumtree - I'd have it myself if hadn't just bought a fretless.

EDIT: I mean gumtree not ebay!

No problem, I won't be bidding on this one. Way too many basses at the moment!

Which is a bit of a barg. If you go for it, please don't try & flog it to me for twice what you paid for it, OK? :)

Left handed Fresher precision. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/L-H-70s-Fresher-Prec...=item25612a4741

Currently cheaper than a Sue Ryder at a £50 starting price.
I mistakenly bought this bass as I'm right-handed(!), hence me selling it :^(
Well, that's one reason for selling a bass I suppose.

The listing says that they will sell to the highest bidder. I bet they don't.

If I was evil,I'd suggest that multiple people over a period of time all make exactly the same offer (to the exact penny) for it. But I won't.

Let's all make offers of £34.56......

He has a Westbury guitar for sale at an even more ridiculous price too.

Bloody hell - what a wrecked piece of crap.

Am I being spectacularly ignorant in not having a clue who "The Sound" or Adrian Borland are/were? I presume this is why he thinks this garbage should be changing hands for crazy money.

I had no idea they were worth so much. I'd better get mine on eBay smartish - it is older, more vintage, AND with an original branded Westone fitted hard case so I guess worth even more! What do you think a reasonable start bid would be - £500? BIN £750, or is that limiting the ceiling price?
Does anyone know anything about Oakland basses?

One here for sale.
I know the brand - Oaklands appear on the Japanese home market, and do turn up over here from time to time. They're often quite derivative of Ibanez original designs (Blazer copies are quite common) although the ones I've seen aren't Fujigen - or Matsumoku for that matter. This one certainly has an Ibby look - particularly the headstock & trc. Looks quite tidy but I'd want a better look than those pics before I'd drop £150+ on it.

Being neck-through & stripy doesn't make it a Matsumoku. I wonder if Ebay thickies will ever work that out?
