budget bassist
forgive my skepticism, but can you even reach/use the 38th fret on that ritter??!! also, that MTD is absolutely stunning!

silverfoxnik
Very unique collection of basses!! Being a bit of a traditionalist, I really love the look of the Sadowsky, but the Ritter and the Kennedy certainly have a 'wow' factor' about them! Marlat
They are very very nice, Gonna spill the beans on the incoming bass and the Aussie one?
Sure, the one in Aus is a Hotwire Vintage 4 string with an alder body and maple neck. Its got a J-Retro preamp and Hotwire pickups. Its a great J bass, but I am not 100% on the J-Retro preamp. In terms of J preamps I much prefer the Sadowsky. Its with my brother in Aus who is "looking after it". The one on order is an MTD 535, but the details are not yet finalised. It will have a fairly unique top, a Tasmanian Blackheart Sassafras top and the usual MTD stuff. It will likely be ash/ash. Although I have four basses each one is very different in terms of tone. They all really do fulfil a unique sonic spaces. The new MTD will be to "plug the gap" so to speak as more like a 5 string rock bass. Basically a 5 string version of whats there with the Sadowsky although the Sadowsky is more vintage orientated.
